Mosaico collects no data. None.

The app never reads your photo library. The system photo picker hands it only the photos you explicitly select.
Face and subject detection run entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded — the app makes no network connections at all.
The only thing Mosaico ever writes outside itself is the finished image you export, saved to your Photos library with your permission.
No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party services.

If this policy ever changes, the change will be listed here before it takes effect.
